Why are some people great at sleeping and others suck at it?
You probably know someone who can fall asleep at will at every time and everywhere. While you still struggle to sleep in bed at night.
Well, what If I told you there is a pattern between those divine people who can sleep at will and those who can’t. Most of those people tend to consume nutrients and vitamins that promote the sleep process in the human body.
Did you read that? It can be that simple, by consuming the right things. I am not saying doing this will cure insomnia. But for most people, it will improve their sleep quality. Here are 2 of my favorite sleep hacks 1 do and 1 don’t
Do
One of the most famous sleep hacks out there is consuming some milk during the night. It is simple and a lot of us do this. But why?
It turns out that milk contains the nutrient- calcium, which improves the deep sleep cycles.
Don’t
Do not consume caffeine (even decaf coffee) after 14:00. Caffeine stays for a long time in the body, so something small like an espresso can have a big impact on how you sleep during the night.
If you were wondering which nutrients and foods would promote a good night’s sleep well, we got you covered with an infographic.
